Case Studies
Meet Lanny G and Yuri B.
Lanny is outside Orlando, FL and sells cars. He got $377,500 from us to grow and expand his business. Now Lanny can buy more cars, sell more cars, and grow. We’ve seen him move back and forth between being a Silver and a Gold borrower in our system.
Yuri is from upstate NY. He buys and rents residential real estate properties. For those of you who know our top-of-funnel soft pull prequalification Yuri started with us as a Bronze. Within 30 days we had him move from Bronze up past Copper, then past Silver, then past Gold, and he became a Platinum borrower. Then we got him $144,000 in low-cost funding.
His $144k will help him do things like: make down payments on investment properties, do rehabs, minimize draws on hard money loans, reduce overall borrowing costs since our $$ is less expensive than hard money, etc. Real estate investors are great clients for using 0% and low-cost business credit cards. Some of them already know how to do it and some need a little coaching.
For example, if you use plastiq.com you can let them charge your new 0% cards and they will wire or ACH the funds to the title company so they funds are there for your closing. Simple stuff. One of our clients has over $400,000 in credit card balances from business credit cards we got him as he buys real estate. The blended interest rate for him (after all the 0% offers have ended) is less than 4.5% and he and his wife still have 780+ FICO scores because NONE of the low-cost debt is on their personal credit reports. We showed them how to separate their personal and business credit and now they have a 7 figure net worth rather than a 5 figure net worth like they had when they started.
Rosie T is a client who is in process now. She’s in Ft Lauderdale, FL and she formed her cosmetology business in 2022 and is not quite 2 years old. Rosie is on track to do $72k in top line revenues this year. Through our process, she has received $88,000 of business credit which is ALL at 0% intro rates and she has only got to 5 of our lenders so there are more submissions coming in the next few days. This is working capital she can use for any purpose her business needs it for.
Our Jimi Lendrix takes our clients to specific lenders in very specific order and it incorporates both internal lender submissions and external submissions to our lenders based on their different performance levels regarding the types of submissions that yield the best results. For those of you who know our pre-qualification tiers, Rosie was a Silver 1.1 qualifier so not a Platinum and not a Gold. Silver PreQual ranges in our system tell the business owner to expect $20k to $40k so at $88k thus far we have more than delivered on our promise. Remember, these are business lines of credit (Business Credit Cards) so she will not have a payment until she draws on the $88k she has.
James W is another recently funded client in Austin, TX. He has a gaming business he’s operated for the last 14 years and was a Platinum 3.0 in our automated, soft pull prequalification tool. This prequal grade conservatively tells our clients to expect between $35k – $70k. We always want to be conservative. James got $104,000 in 0% intro working capital. 75% of that $104k was business credit. James only had $55k in total available personal credit so we increased his available personal credit by over 45% which further enhances the quality of his personal credit. He has a more robust personal credit profile now as a result of working with us.
Cassaundra B from Baltimore recently secured $140,000 in low-cost funding for her construction and interior design business. Amongst her and her partners she is the 51% owner and was the one with the best credit so we utilized her and her only to get that funding. $20k of the $140k was personal credit and the remaining $120k was business credit that will ONLY report to her business credit and NOT her personal credit. She didn’t need any financials and no collateral.
Here's 3 recent clients who did 1, 2, & 3 rounds of funding:
Jerry B from Knoxville, TN got $384,000 in ONE round of funding recently. He got a $250,000 business loan with a 7 year repayment term and several 0% business credit cards to grow his health & fitness business.
Matthew T from Charlotte, NC got $355,000 in TWO rounds of funding recently. He got a $155,000 business loan with a 6 year repayment term and several 0% credit cards to start his brewing company. He has no revenues yet so he’s a true startup.
Daniel F from Indianapolis, IN got $521,000 in THREE rounds of funding recently. He got a $250,000 business loan with a 7 year repayment term, a $67,000 personal loan, and several 0% credit cards to help him with his pastry shop he’s looking to open soon. No current sales at time of funding rounds
